How To Order - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
When we receive your order, our team will be in touch to schedule a quick 10-30min intro meeting with you so we can confirm all of the details of your order.
Once we establish the details of your order, we will send you an invoice which can be paid via credit card (with a 4% transaction fee), or ACH/Wire Transfer with no fee. Once the invoice is paid, we will then proceed with finalizing your order with Mingda. If your printer configuration is in stock, it will ship immediately to your facility. If your printer configuration is not in stock, we will be in touch with you to establish a leadtime.
Once we arrange the shipment, we will confirm with you a window of time which we can complete the onsite installation service and training of your Mingda printer. This training will take place over the course of one day at your location where we will go over every aspect of the printer so that you can operate it with confidence! We will go over general maintenance and best practices for use along with basic slicer profile set up for your materials and test print a couple established profiles. We guarantee that you will have a better experience after going through this training and you can take advantage of having a direct line to our support team for any issue that may arise.
